We are looking for a replacement for our Sealine S23 next year. Ideally I would have the same boat but stretched so that it had a non-claustrophobic sleeping cabin. S28 looks good but tight. S29 seems smaller inside than S28.
Would be second hand of course and would like to start looking in good time to get a feel for the market.

Depends how old you want to go, but Fairline did a Targa 30 a few years back. Also N American boats around 30', and i'm sure some are diesel at that size. Chapparal 300 signature is one example, but i'm sure there are many others.

Not forgetting Italian boats of course (Poweryacht would shoot me). Cranchi and Gobbi spring to mind with boats at that size.

I am sure you will find something on the Bavaria range (poss 29, 30, 300 or 32) which will answer your requirements.

Give Steve Gunn at Clipper marine a ring and he will let you know as and when the right kinds of boats pop up on their books. Steve is available on 07860 702376 or 01489 550583.

I should declare an interest as Steve has sold us our last three boats and become a friend along the way. However it also worth pointing out (and I am sure he would agree) that we are quite demanding customers. Our friendship has been totally built upon the fact he is one of the marine industrys good guys and someone who has developed my trust.

Whatever you go on to buy, I hope it brings you huge pleasure and many happy memories.

Cheers
Paul.

Both the Sealine S28 and Bavaria Sport 29 are excellent boats. My Bav29 has a small settee ( really a two seater UPV bench seat in the AFT cabin) and is not claustrophobic if I sleep with my head on the port side.

Next time either you are in Poole or I am in Weymouth I would be happy to show you over the boat. It just so happens --------------.
