Hello,
I am looking for some guidance.
I am getting out of a rib and want to do some longer range cruising with the option of overnighting for a few days at a time.
I am looking for a decent sea going boat, with a fly bridge. We are looking to head around the west coast of Ireland so the boat may need to be able take a bit of a bashing now and again.
There will be around 4 people staying on board – 2 adults and 2 kids.
I was thinking around 8 to 10 metres size wise.
I had thought about the Botnia Targa range but the budget will definitely not stretch – I have around £40K to play with.
I am also looking at the Rodman 800 which will come in on the money.
Is there any other boats I should be looking at? I see a lot of Antares and Merryfisher boats for sale – what are these like?
