Where's Seajet?

My deepest thanks to you all, I'm genuinely touched, surprised too, I thought if my absence was noticed at all there'd be cheers !

I have only just felt able to get near the PC, and was told of this thread by an Anderson owner.

CVS is a truly nasty thing, a bit like seasickness ( but even worse ) - at first I'm afraid I may die, as it goes on I'm afraid I may not !

Still there is hope on the horizon and many people are a hell of a lot worse off than me.

Thank you all again very much, have a virtual pint on me for now, when we meet I'll try to convert it.

Thanks,

Andy

I was very much afraid it was all over...huge relief to see you're replying here, Andy.

Here's the effect of your evangelical praise of the Osprey over recent years...this one's MINE, for good or ill...

...the cover is to protect local bird-life from the green-painted decks. They're really lurid. She's a very ancient Mk2 in GRP, and I'm yet to discover how she sails...

...and I'm yet to find whether the subject of your unvarying recommendation is actually a bit blooming lively for my relaxed approach! Either way, I'm delighted finally to be contributing here whilst in ownership of a boat that isn't on the brink of sinking, or hundreds of miles away as my others were...

...so expect to be bombarded with questions over the coming weeks! Good to hear you're still with us. :)

A conversion is 3 pints :)

Sailfree,

Ta, I'll do my best.

Dan,

Congratulations !

You won't find her too lively at all, I was always amazed such a fast boat could be so stable - enjoy !

Thanks,

Andy

PS Sailorman your post has just appeared; I am half Scottish you know !

Just tried 'Googling' CVS and I can't find anything on there that looks like a sickness. Are you sure you don't have some kind of computer bug?
You will be missed in Poole, I was looking forward to meeting you and maybe getting your Autograph, or a pic, but at least we will have someone to talk about now.
Get well soon.
Capt.RoN

Good luck and may your health return soon.

+1, and as you would probably say, Seajet;
"it's been quiet, too damn quiet on these Forums, I'll just blaze a magazine or two away into the mobo forum, and see what pops up":D

BTW, is it true you're really ashore because of this years Chi HM ban on the use of AK47's fired from the hip as a sound signal by the Anderson Owners Association in poor visibility?????:D

Welcome back, hope you fully recover soon.

Seajet... I don't care what you have got you are needed back on the forums to give them a bit of Omph.. we need more miserable old gits to keep people like me in order.
In all seriousness.. get well soon my friend.. and you are missed....
