Where to Winter in Sardinia?

I have left my boat at Marina del Sole in Cagliari for the past two winters. It is cheap and cheerful. The facilities may not be the best, but the friendliness of the owners more than makes up for it. Easyjet fly there from Luton. I would recommend it!

Many thanks for all your suggestions, been working thru them, although not being able ot speak Italian is a real hinderence. Found a friend who can, eventually he has negotiated a space in 'Nautica Pinna' in Bosa (which first said they were full).

Think I had better start learding some phrases before we get there!

Oh and if anyone wants to come and crew, we will be going Minorca - Sardina first or second week of Oct, plus cruising both places.

Thanks

Anthony

I remember stopping off in Bosa Marina. Very small but friendly little seaside place. You can take the tender up the river and park with the fishing boats in Bosa town which is really cool. The town is an interesting medieval place.
I don't remember a fixed crane there. Maybe worth checking that a portable crane has the capacity to lift your boat. I certainly wouldn't leave my boat on the water there during winter because it's quite exposed.

I've just had an internet browse and found "gru mobile da 10, 20 e 25 t - travel lift da 65 t" for Bosa marina so if it says what I think it says you're ok
