What is the most up to date edition and where can I buy it?

Looking to get it as a wedding present for my bro, who is about to buy and live on an old boat.

Fourth Edition, 2017 is the latest. Many bookshops have it, the RYA for example sell it.

Joking aside, I would have thought Calder’s book would be very useful, 10 years old or not.
