Where is your main cruise taking you this seaso

Fancy staying at the Poolbeg Marina, it's only a mile from the centre of Dublin. Done a bit of research and it's about three hours from Holyhead

We are thinking more like grey stones ,I here centre of Dublin a bit rough at night and it is easy to get to the centre

I have two trips planned for June, first with the good lady, will be the Firth of Clyde, Loch Fyne including the Kyles and Arran. Tarbert is always a favourite and the Spa at Portavadie will lure in the Mrs. The second trip will be Largs to Campbeltown then round the Mull of Kintyre to Gigha over to Islay then Jura. Return will either be back round the Mull or if bad weather through the Crinan. I'm only a 25 foot cruiser (outboard) so the weather window will be key.

Two weeks ago we drove the boat from Savonlinna on the lake Saimaa to Helsinki on the south coast of Finland with the intention of exploring the Archipelago Sea again. This year however our plan includes a little detour around the Estonian coast. As our summer holiday starts we plan to head straight over the Finnish Gulf to Tallinn and then slowly make our way west to Hiiumaa and Saarenmaa before crossing the gulf back to the Finnish side.

Very much looking forward to seeing some new places :).

Our planned cruise is tame compared to most of you guys, but it's a big deal to us as our first 'real' cruise in our MF645.

Torquay - Salcombe - Plymouth - Falmouth - Plymouth - Dartmouth - Torquay. We're taking two weeks to do it so plenty of time for exploring.

My plans are fairly tame too but what does it matter . Just love being out on the boat - like being in a different world.
Our main holiday in July will take us to Wells Next the Sea. This is assuming The North Sea/ The wash allows us passage.

Next week Lincoln to Wells next the Sea and back and then in July our two week trip will be from Lincoln to the Norfolk Broads and back.

Nothing exciting this year and both trips are to places we have been many times. But we are still looking forward to them.

We are however deep into making plans for next summers trip up to do the Caledonian Canal and West Coast of Scotland which will be the first time we have trailed the boat anywhere.

We are still learning the boat and our new cruising ground this year, so for us it's likely to be a trip down the coast for a few days at a time. Nearly a month on the boat but with various friends visiting we intend to be at the home base or within an easy run of it.

Or we might just go to the lagoon and drink cava.

I'd like to say we're off to Mallorca and Ibiza but I think that will have to wait until 2017.

Greystones is nice, Howth (HYC) and Malahide Marina are other options with better transport links to Dublin and to the airport.

West Coast of Scotland sounds fantastic. Would love to take Rafiki there, but a logistical challenge.

Luckily our 25ft cruiser fits nicely on a trailer so it won't be silly money to get it transported. She is already booked in with the chap we are using to tow her and prices are not that bad really considering the distances involved getting from Lincoln to Inverness on the way out and Oban to Lincoln on the way back.

Our first season in the Med. Not been far yet, but signed up for weeks a cruise in company out of Cala d'Or departing in just over a week. Really looking forward to meeting up with the other participants.... and of course sampling the delights of Ibiza, Formentera and Cabrera.
Hopefully only the first of a number of cruises this year. We hope to manage a circumnavigation of Mallorca at some point.

If you consider leaving boat in Inverness for a week or two before your trip, the advise would be to speak with Marina(s) well in advance as most of the places now start to operate with waiting lists...

We aim to do Inverness, through the Caledonian Canal and plan to go up Skye way this year ... then back again... have posted pictures of journey a couple of times before and I am sure you'll enjoy your time when you get there next year..

We are getting trailed up, lifted off the trailer at Inverness Marina (no slipway which is a bit daft!) and then only staying there for the one evening before heading onto the Caledonian.

It is only a brief pit stop to refuel and get the boat cleaned up after an 8-10 hour tow!

Greystones is good distance from the city centre.
Dun Laoighre, Howth or Malahide are closer to the city and better served by buses and DART(rail)
