Not Kim. Kim is a nice bloke. Jimi is talking about Phoney Bliar (Think that's how his name is spelt)

he should stay where he is ....

I was mooching around seeing if Qinetiq had found the pallet of mortars and rockets they mislaid in the Bristol Channel last year (no, they had not and they are live) and discovered that Hoon and the MOD have sold Qinetiq to Carlyle (US cpy run by Carlucci ex def sec with Bush senior on the board and other dubya cabinet members and John Major) not for £50m £150m to come but £42m which values Qinetiq at £126m.

Qinetiq employ 9,000 exMOD DERA staff and have net assets of £350m at Mar 2002 ...... the list of land they own (includes a bit of Haslar) runs to over 1,200 hectares and all of it in the south. See Private Eye for latest land sale possibilities which amount to £240m

nearly forgot .. the actual cost of getting rid of DERA to qinetiq and then carlyle is £80m

ps anybody know why there is an exclusion zone of 1 mile radius just NW of Ilfracombe. Any mariner who goes inside this zone is likely to be criminally prosecuted. thought it might be more lost ammo?

Re: But who was it then?

I did first time around .. first time I'd ever voted Labour ... reckoned we needed a change. Did'nt vote the second time and would vote for a monkey next time to get rid of this lot!
