Where can I get rubber bushes for my coupling (pics)

I need to replace three of four rubber bushes for my coupling. They look like this:

Is this a Lancing Marine job or are there other specialists who would be able to ship to Thailand?

Coupling is on the right. Can go to the boat to take better image if required.

From the pictures, your coupling looks rather like an early GKN Aquadrive. If it is, there are spare parts diagrams here - http://www.aquadrive.com/abcaqd/Lankade filer/Productmanuals/Classic_spare_parts.PDF

Yes that's a Halyard Aquadrive and the rubber bushes are the same as mine.They should be available as spares.
