Yes robin the right idea. Send them a letter of intent, either to move it or you will charge £X for the use.

For myself I wonder if the more longlasting "hurt" done to the OP is the false suggestion, now embedded for all of eternity on some internet cache, that his boat was at some stage in it's history a school boat. Some, perhaps myself included, perhaps illogicaly, might think twice about buying an ex-school or ex-charter boat.

But there again perhaps life is too short get too bound up in these things...
