I assume seaworthy just means that it rises upwards to some extent when the tide comes in. It is a plus point that the engine is in really good nick It is of course faintly possible that the comment might not have been derived from detailed examination by a marine engineer. Sad that the owner died but I think they are being a tad optimistic about the value.
