Wheel Rim!

I'm hoping very much that someone knows where I can buy two rims similar to this Wheel, the rim pictured here is a 600 x 9 (6"x9") split rim.

The wheel centre has no bearings but rotates on a greased solid shaft (1 & qtr inches) I would be very gratefull to any info.

600x9 appears to be a standard size for fork lift trucks. Got to be worth a try, trailer maker will almost certainly have used a standard item from somwhere.

Saw 2 of these last week at RAMCO army surplus stores at Croft, Skegness, Lincolnshire . Dont have their phone number but a quick Google should do it. Postage should be no problem as they often put items on ebay with delivery.

Is it a static caravan wheel like this?

Caravans are scrapped constantly as they reach the end of their lives so you could try a local caravan site for second-hand ones.

Cheers mate /forums/images/graemlins/wink.gif I think you might have hit the right nail on the head! Looks like "A128" could be what I have, the tyre also which is a 6 ply.

I will give them a bell tomorrow.
