Whats your favourite bit of kit you have bought that makes life easier

These are the best things that we have ever bought for our boating.

Folding electric bikes.

We bought two about 6 or 7 years ago.
We also bought some ordinary folding push bikes for when visitors came out but we always ended up giving the electric ones to the visitors.
So a couple of years ago, we bought two more of these electric bikes.
After 6 or 7 years, the original batteries are just beginning to become "past it" but the bikes are still going well so I plan to buy a couple more batteries for next season.

Four of us arrived back from Whitelighter's delivery trip last weekend and whilst the other three were washing the boat down, I assembled the four bikes.
We then went off round the town and eventually used them to go out for dinner.
Just ask those guys - these bikes are and definitely have been a great addition to our boating times.

I could not agree more Mike, they were great for zipping around town. will be going on my wish list.

Not bought, but made a couple of Monkey's Fists to make it easier for crew to get the heavier lines up to lock keepers and to people ashore...

I nearly put our DIY ones up as our favourite kit.

Just looked at some Senna ones and they are as good as the DIY ones.
Cant make my mind up now - whether to upgrade to teh Senna ones or not.

However, I completely agree - they take the stress out of all the difficult boating experiences - a real MARRIAGE SAVER!!
