I saw something like that once in our kitchen. I asked the SWMBO what it was and she told me it came from a special kind of machine called IIRC a dishwasher. She did explain to me what it does but it was all too complicated for my pretty little head so I decided that it would be best if I didn't involve myself with this device and returned to operating something which I did understand, the TV remote control

Bavaria put them on every new boat, however I have yet to meet a bavaria owner who uses them!
We kept the two cup holder ends and clipped them together and use them to hold the mugs of coffee when on a long trip, the other bits went in the recycling bin!
