Whats the proper name for this thing?

I am trying to find the corrct name for the plastic rings that you place in a pre drilled hold to make it look neater.
They are made of plastic and are used in desks to carry cables.
I need one about 25mm across.

Many thanks. although I now cant find one around 25mm that passes through a 25mm thick bulkhead.
Can anyone point me in the rigth direction.
They all seem to be 60mm-84mm diameter

If you are looking at desk grommets the reason they are over two inches across is because people generally want to feed through computer cables with things like video connectors already fitted (and mains plugs).

That's more of a cable gland than a grommet.
