This thread could have been used to talk about how you do things,
example

do you loop ropes before setting off, and like all people on the boat well some don't they insist on jumping on with the rope at the last min, therefore giving the helm a near heart attack in-case they misjudge it.

People jumping to the wrong conclusion with out listening or thinking first.
