NOAA is a good source of weather charts, as is Atlantis. Theyr (also known previously as Halo) is very accurate for wind, as good as windguru I'd say, but with better graphics, but only 3 days ahead, and no better on precipitation than weatheronline and the met office. The BBC is also quite good, especially for the recent rainfall radar images.

Accuweather.com Free and gives up to 15 day forecasts with all the detail you need. I have checked the accuracy of the 15 day and on my limited sample it was surprisingly acceptable

There's no one site that's the best, Steve.
windfinder.com in Kiel is brill for wind and wave heights.
fisica.uniud.it is good for tides for the year.
This site is good for synoptics.
Look at the synoptics first, then at any number of other sites to give yourself a good picture of what's going to happen.

There's a few weather sites in my link below if you want to have a browse.
