Whats my yam outboard worth.

Hi I am trying to sort out what my yam 55 origin L/S 1991 model done less than 100 hours is worth anybody give me a clue, had it from new, looks like new, or maybe what somthing like it would cost new these days.

At 14 yo its only worth about £600. Its worth more to you in that condition to keep it. You could try punting it out at £800 on boats and outboards Its a good place to sell.

Honestly you are better keeping it if it is in teh condition you say unless you really want to change engines then I would try for ~7-800 to start hoping to get 600

Ok thanks guys I am not changing engines I am selling the boat inc engine, I am just trying to put a value on it all, thanks for your input. I know yamaha dont do the origin engine now but any idea what a 50/55hp would cost new now.
