Although the forum is mainly UK based, there are members from all over the world. Places like Australia, New Zealand, Hong Kong, Thailand, South Africa, South America and North America, plus virtually every country in Europe. So when participating, try and let us know you are based in the USA as you might get UK based answers that are not helpful.
Do tell us where you are based and what sort of boat you have. After you have made 5 posts (IIRC) you can then post some photos, which we all enjoy looking at. We also love interesting stories of places visited or problems with your boat. If you want to see what things are like this side of the pond, some of the videos in the link in my signature might interest you.
