I think i find the problem, but not the reason.
I was trying to open the headsail very slowly just a little bit and furl again in the marina. The drum jammed, but when i look at it had no reason to jam.
I looked up to the mast and the top-swivel (i guess is the name) and it wasn't turning. I could see the halyard streched, i pushed the sail out again and it keept jammed, i had to give a "kick" to release the top-swivel.
Could be lack of grease, or something damaged, maybe the bearings.
I will drop the sail and check.

With the haliard stretched, do you mean that it had wrapped round the forestay? If that is the case the haliard angle to the forestay is wrong. Easiest way to correct is to put a spacer at the bottom of the sail so it will raise higher, assuming that the furling kit will allow it.

It doesn't get really wrapped round the forestay, i will try to explain has best has i can.

when im opening the genoa, i can see at the top of the forestay the halyard that holds on the swivel stretched, when working fine i can see the top of the swivel turning perfect.
When goes wrong i can see what it seams is the top of the swivel getting stuck and pulling the halyard and the halyard starts to get round the forstay. If fact he never gets around the forestay because there is not enough rope to do so, but i can see him being pulled with the sail.
I do a bit of "kick", try to open and close, then seams that the top of swivel loosens and starts to work fine.

I don't know if my description makes sense ... If not i can try to film it.

I lowered down today the top swivel and grease it.
Did some testing by hand and it furled and unfurled with out any problem or effort. Sone has possible i will try on a windy day and come back to you.

Thank you all for all your help.
