Bulbed fin keel, steady and good upwind, but needs a kite downwind. Very capable go anywhere boat - suitable for chippies, as they usually have wooden decks and superstructure.

Most famously owned by Warren Mitchell (Alf Garnet).

What sort of sailing do you do? (sea, lake, need to take the ground, single-handed / crewed, passage length, need to be trailable, keep in marina / mooring / on trailer etc)?
Our first boat was a Leisure 17 - lovely little boats! We knew nothing about boats when we bought her and just thought a boat was a boat... How wrong we were! We then moved up to an Evolution 22, and very quickly found out just how different two boats can be!
