What make is this feathering prop?

16" size with a shaft taper from the back to front 1 1/4" to 1"

The only marking is the number 307 in the boss (see pics 1 & 3)

It does look like a Darglow Featherstream except that it's missing any provision for the pitch cassette which is rather an integral part in their current range.
