What (italian?) \"new classic\" ketch did I see?
In Marseilles a while back i saw a lovely boat which i wd have to say was new - but built in an older style, and i think entirely of wood. At least the entire deck from above was wooden and superbly varnished with none of the rubbing down marks or rounded edges associated with a restored boat - the whole thing was new. It was italain registered, ketch, with separate crew cabin forward for two. I guiess about 45 feet or so. He asked if I had a multimeter, and fortunately i did, thus wangling myself a shuftie inside - full electrics with (i am allowed to say this on the forum?) AIRCONDITIONING.
I wd be most interested to know who makes these boats.
