What Fletcher is this and what year is it?

Mine had plastic decals that simply said Arrow 14, I guessed it about 1974, you don’t get much paperwork with a boat you bought for just £180 in tenners in a Tesco bag
The Bravo name logo is quite common, the tall mercury outboard (4cyl 2 stroke 50-60hp? Thunderbolt ignition with a wraparound metal clam cowling rather than a plastic drop over hood?) in the blue band livery would also be close to the mid ‘70s
