why not? 37kt gusts and low cloud sounds ideal to practice those pesky crosswind instrument approaches /forums/images/graemlins/crazy.gif !

PPL + IMC when achieved. Biggest problem today was low cloud base/visability, though the wind gusting to mid 30's was at 210 degrees for runway 27, and on the limits for a Warrior evidently.

If you can see the Tavy from your laptop, you must be fairly close to where we live just north of Plymouth.
