I got my love of boats from my Dad.
My Dad had boats on the Thames, a Freeman 28, Princess 32, Seamaster 30 and Seamaster 8 metre, then onto smaller ones when he got too old to handle the bigger ones, he was very good, he use to let me go off on my own for the weekend with them when I was around 18. Great fun and a handy way to impress girlfriends at the time (say no more!).
Before this as a family we were always down at the South Coast on little boats with outboards. So eventually when I could I finally moved down to Chichester and invested some redundancy in my boat.
This is me at around 18 years old on his Freeman 28 on the Thames, love the hair, not too sure about the curtains on the boat though!
