Any sailing dinghy designed in the late 50s early 60s, maybe newer design that that but a bit retro?
More modern racing dinghy designs 'tend' to have deeper squarer rudder blades.
I'd say it was a 70s or later example of an earlier design based on the fittings.
So it could be Solo, Ent, GP14, or dozens of others.
But IIRC older Ents and Solos and some other Holt designs had the tiller below the upper pintle?
It looks like a pretty tidy solid wood blade, many would have been ply.
Some dimensions might help.
I think we can rule out Laser and Minisail. And RS400....
