What binoculars?

Reviving this thread as I'm looking for a sub-£100 waterproof binocular with compass. Actionoptics' £80 Steiner copy (by whom?) sounds interesting as does the Helios Oceanmaster, but a little worried that one works for one person and not the other and vice versa.

But then, what about these.
