Anyone used them recently? I need a couple of 3 metre 24mm nylon mooring strops with s/s thimbles in the hard eye and have been quoted up to £250! Barring the extra for the s/s thimbles Westward would charge about £100 - too good to be true or just higher volume efficiency? I did buy some mooring ropes off them over 5 years ago but that was for "all fours" mooring in a drying harbour so not such a critical application as a swinging mooring

I had a mooring strop off them this year. Extremely pleased and half the price of the local (marina based) chandlery/riggers

They do a good job and are helpful with advice on best materials and sizes etc.
