Westerly windows.

I am trying to replace the main cabin windows in a Westerly Sealord, the long ones about four ft long. I had a hell of a job removing the old perspex and now have to fit the replacements which I am not looking forward to.
Has anybody got any ideas or helpful suggestions / tips on how to replace them easily please?
