Westerly Storm Owners - Heaving to???

Just wondering if any Westerly Storm owners have any experience of heaving to in heavy conditions (I don't mean a 'lunch stop').
If so, what were your techniques and observations?

I know the Fulmar is a delight in that department,maybe the Storm is similar?
