Have a fault come up on the control panel.

One circuit, the nav instruments, shows a fault and the red indicator light will not go out - the breaker seems not to want to reset.

We removed all the circuits from the particular connection point and the red light remains alight.

What is going on? What can I do to fix it?

Is it a professionally made panel? If so, what make?
