Any sailmaker will make sails to suit your boat. There is a huge amount of choice of fabrics and cuts and your choice will depend on tow you intend to use your boat and your depth of pocket. If you want lowest price at all levels of quality then the fat east suppliers usually China, Sri Lanka or the Philippines, some with representatives here are often the cheapest. However many people prefer to deal with a local loft who will measure your boat and discuss with you what your requirements are. Not totally necessary with a standard boat like yours as they will all have the basic measurements, but most will talk through with you what the options are. They also have plenty of information on their websites about the alternatives. Crusader that Robin suggests is a good start, but also look at Kemps in Wareham (who make all my sails), Sanders in Lymington , Hyde, Elvestrom and many others. If you say where you are located no doubt somebody will suggest a local loft.

BTW this kind of query is best posted on PBO forum rather than here as you will get more views - and lots of advice - even if sometimes conflicting!

Yes to all but most important is to discuss with the sailmaker what you personally want/expect from cheapest to longest lasting and just adequate to truly excellent performance even when reefed the end cost is often mostly in the labour so upgrading cloth may increase the overall cost less than perhaps expected,
