West Loch Tarbert, Kintyre

Are there any good anchoring spots in the loch? Looking at Navionic theres only 1 anchorage at the mouth marked but the bay beside Eilean Eoghainn looks ok to me, anyone been up and have recommendations?

Surveyed by Antares last year I believe. Reported good holding, but never been there personally

May I respectfully suggest you look up the Loch in the CCC/Imray Sailing directions and get those FANTASTIC Antares charts for W Scotland

You can anchor nearly anywhere, last time it was just beyond Kennacraig ferry terminal because we wanted to get to a phone, before that when a bit boisterous right up beyond the fishing boat pier, like most lochs finding an easy route ashore can be the deciding factor.
