Yes. You cant go into Padstow at low water. But once in, you can go into the inner harbour. Behind the lock gate. If I had to spend the winter anywhere. Thats where I'd go. Most friendly helpfull harbour master anywhere. Lovely town and everything within 20 yds. Cheap as well. They always send me a christmas card.../forums/images/icons/laugh.gif

As I remember it, up towards Bodinnick theres a hole on the side opposite the Town where there a number of moorings on an isolated pontoon. You might be better off on that side anyway as your journey to work might be shorter. Another random thought - lay up out of water in the Polruan side boatyard. Electricity wouldnt be a problem and a 1 Kw heater would keepy you toasty and boil your kettle.

Try Torpoint Marina - should have space over winter - quaint old fashioned place - call tony on 01752 813658. located near chain ferries on Cornish side. 40 foot max.
