West Country Fuel Prices/Availability

As previously mentioned, I’m planning a big trip this summer from the middle of Ireland to Cornwall and Devon. I’ve been talking about doing this for years and I’ve been planning and preparing the boat for months. I have been approved for 8 weeks unpaid leave and I’ll take another two weeks annual leave so I’ll have 10 weeks to play with. Unfortunately, the current geopolitical situation is not working in my favour and the cost of diesel has gone nuts. While I will have plenty of time to do the trip, it looks like I will have to do mainly displacement cruising at around 7-8 knots to keep this manageable.
Would anyone have an idea what fuel prices are like in Cornwall and Devon these days?
Is there any issue with availability or fuel rationing?

There is very little fuel on the North Devon / North Cornwall coast.

Ilfracombe has diesel
Padstow has diesel
Then your next stop is realistically Newlyn/Penzance.
From there on it’s like the M25 with facilities everywhere

Prices will be expensive. No shortages so far

Thanks, I have no plans to visit north Cornwall at the moment. I’m planning Cork-Scillies-Newlyn-Falmouth and on east. Fuels stops should be Falmouth area and maybe somewhere further east like Dartmouth
