I might ague the price before having any thing made ,
but I think if you agree on a price and the job done well , then the man should Get paid .

yes, it was a tad ambiguous. If you compare his entire final sentence with my reworking of it, it should be fairly obvious.
(It's nothing to do with the Vickensian spelling which, when you get the hang of it, has become as welcome a part of the cruising day as the rising sun. Well, almost. Seriously.)

I do know of the person thats done the runner. This is way of letting him know and give him an opportunity to tell why
Another strange thing was he told people his name was David when it was't very strange.
