I've just taken delivery of a new Merry Fisher 755 (25 foot outboard cruiser). I plan on heading to the Inner Hebrides the first week in June (weather permitting). Any advice on a weeks cruise on such a small boat (only 3 of us) and anyone taken that type of boat round the Mull of Kintyre to the Inner Hebrides?

+1 on that, I'd go through crinian canal and explore from there. Save a load of fuel and much more pleasurable\ scenic

+1 for Crinan, really friendly and save loads of miles plus weather not a problem. After that explore at will, absolutely stunning. I hope you get the weather I did last year!

There is no reason why you should not go round the MOK in good weather if you avoid the turn of the tide, going north, aim to be at Arran Mans barrels after HW Dover + 1. The Canal is fine if the weather is changeable but, you will miss the magical Island of Gigha there is plenty to see and visit including Islay and Jura on the way North plus the possibility of going through the sound of Islay and visiting Canna.

Many thanks and appreciate the tip.

Or Colonsay, perhaps?
