Webasto problem

I have a Webasto Thermopro 90 on my widebeam. 15 months ago I replaced it (6 years old £1200). 15 months later the burner had totally disintegrated so bought a new unit (£390).

Fitted, started, 2 mins later it cut out. Have had it going 3/4 times now but still cutting out after approx. 2.5 mins. Outflow water very hot in short space of time.

Any help or ideas to try are very welcome
