Webasto heater Hot Tub setup

Hi guys...... have rigged up a recon Thermo top c system to my home made hot tub.....(TESTING)... all good on initial cold water start..... primed, fired up and produced heated water......

Removed system for a couple of months!

Reconnected to hot tub and will not fire...... everything is the same apart from trying to start with already heated water .... around 37celcius....... ( is this ok? )

Fan starts..... water pump starts recirculating..... but NO Fuel pump priming and therefore no start..... pump operates if I give it 12v so I presume it’s not that.
Have pulled the fuse so many times but still the same result..... Have bridged the glow plug relay and it heats enough to give a few seconds of flame up but dies when fuel runs out........

Scratching my head guys..... ANY IDEAS?

No idea. Wish I had a boat big enough to have a hot tub though. ?

Also no idea. But wouldn't it be easier to heat the tub with an ordinary electric spa heater running off the mains?

No idea either, but since you've pointed out that the water is warmer than before at start-up, is the thermostat turned up?
