right - for those that have followed the saga 'stolen tender' (and anyone else!) I have sourced and closed the deal on a s/h tender; even got an almost new 2hp Yam with it, but now need the weaver davit pads and yokes to go with the arm / davits on the boat.
Remember two nice ladies doing weaver davit bits at the LBS, ground floor near entrance, so they obviously have them in stock - anyone know the firm / contact? Any other stockists? I know I can source but if anyone thinks they can save me time and money I am open to suggestions ('cos I am out of money!)
thanks

Sorry to hear about your tender being pinched

No idea what they are like price wise but I know you can get what you want from

Rossiters in Christchurch (01202 483250) have 'em (not sure about the arms, but I presume you still have those attached to the boat), as do Force 4 in Poole.

If you go to force 4 make sure you make all the neccessary arrangements first - re-mortgage application, list of things you can sell to raise more cash, stiff drink to dampen the shock, paper round, empty copper jar - If it don't cost a bloody fortune they won't have it!!!

thanks Dave,
These have a number of disadvantages from my perspective against the big advantage of no need to glue pads to dingy!
Firstly I have a very small B/platform and it is well above the water level, secondly I can padlock dingy to weavers (OK it didn't stop a determined tleaf but... and thirdly the weavers hold the tender firmly to the boat for me to step into with O/board fitting and removal.
If my bplatform was at water level things would be different
