After looking at the forecast on Sunday, it looked like there'd be a weather window on Thursday with sunshine and F3-4 (Swimbo weather) so I booked a day off. "Fine" says the boss, "It's quiet. I might take the day off myself."
"I'm going sailing" says I.
"Oh no, don't do it." he says. "Remember what always happens, I don't want it raining on my day off."
It's beginning to look like he was right. Still, not as bad as it promises to be at the weekend. Should have gone today, but then if I had, it'd be raining now.
