East Cowes Marina called this morning, they thought it would be a good idea if they were to move SpottyDog from its Hammerhead berth and bring her a little further inside the Marina.
She is fairly tall at around 16 foot, bit slab sided with quite a bit of canvas, perhaps a little bit exposed in a south westerly, so I have massive mooring warps.
It's still great to know the Marina are looking after me (and her) well done guys.....Thanks.

Premiere Chichester Marina have just sent a text to bertholders reassuring us they will be patrolling the pontoons and checking mooring lines on a regular basis during the stormy weather. Comforting, as we are 130 miles away.

Yep, email from Sutton Harbour in Plymouth saying the same, plus they are keeping the lock gates closed and dropping the water level to give some more protection.
