Spray and Gypsy Moth didn't have them either, neither did Victory, Bounty or Endeavour. They all undertook voyages that his Bavaria with a watermaker might be hard pressed to reproduce!

I found Ian's table very helpful, thanks for sharing it. One little nit-pick: the Echo Tec 220-DML-1 uses 19.8 amps/hr at 12.5V (instead of 9.8).
