In terms of the politics, the Marine and Property Group is in Administration, and Odling-Smee is presumably living a quiet life in Switzerland.

There are various groups trying to take over the MPG leases or move them to becoming Community Interest Companies.
As far as the mud is concerned, a quick look over the wall shows no progress.
