I have to say, the tool did come in the end.The father rang me and said it would be there next day (it had already been dispatched prior to the weekend/see my last update).So my phone call to the house made no difference as it happened.
I berated him that this could have been avoided with some communication.He admitted as such.
So not quite the scam outfit I originally thought , but obviously cannot recommend them, especially with other companies` testimonies provided.
