I would have thought you would have to show that you are in receipt of incapacity benefit before you would be entitled to assistance - perhaps get your yachtmaster cert endorsed or something?

I'm surprised you didn't draw him wearing a blue? More appropriate I'd have thought?

I thought long and hard about giving him a blue ensign but decided to avoid controversy.
I was going to put an anchor on the scooter but then couldn't decide which type and was afraid I might inadvertently start an anchor thread - so he'll just have to use his brakes.

Well, actually it should have been blue. Had it been so, it would be compliant with other legislation such as the blue badge for motorists with disability. As it is, red is not blue, no conformity, no consistency. Please be advised that future contributions should make a better attempt to encompass a global perspective.
