Wanted advice from a Jeppeson C Map Guru

This is the situation
I have a chart I need but only on a PC flash card format.
I have a chart I don't need on a standard NT cartridge
What I want to do is delete the chart off the cmap cartridge leaving it empty, and then copy the content of my PC flash card onto the clean cartridge.
So
Is this possible?
If it is, how do I do it?
If I can't do it, who can?
I must say that trying to get any help from Jeppeson these days is like fracking for oil in Surrey.
