Want to winter ashore nr the River Exe

Hi - my 27ft bilge keeler has a mooring on the Exe. I'm looking to take her ashore for the winter ideally locally. I know of Retreat, Trouts (full) and Exeter Quay - but what other options exist? Also, I think I was given the name of Mark Sampson (Exmouth) - does anyone have contact details please?

There is winter parking on land to the north of the main car/coach park at exmouth, I think Mark Sampson may be able to help, I thought I had his card but can't find it so guess its on the boat (on the Exe) so can't be any more help at the moment. Sorry
