Local telly forecast is some rain the next few days and strong westerlies by the look of the isobars.
Marina, cheap by UK standards.
Cheaper still at anchor! .
Once we arrived in Camaret direct from UK our then dinghy was inflated and carried invertred on the foredeck, fully inflateduntil home again, in which place, raised slightly tied to rolled genoa sheets, it doubled as a weathershield for the forehatch allowing it to be left open for ventilation even in rain.. Our outvboard was on a pushpit bracket and with a tackle from the goalposts we could deploy it rapidly whenever required. We would do our first major re-provision in Camaret then would be anchoring out wherever until a next major food run ashore, probably in Port la Crouesty or La Trinite. We usually managed our regular 5-6week cruise of S Brittany on very little marina fee costs. What a wonderful cruising ground! That means getting the flubber out, then putting it away again when you leave. Too much faff for a couple of nights when the next stop is beyond sensible dinghy towing distance away.
Besides which, CA members get a discount in the marina!
