Bum. I have just burned 600 quid cancellation on airplane tickets to er NOT go to s of france this weekend, which is quite exp for a not-trip anywhere, so i am cheesed off. App. they are geting our weather from earlier in the week. Damn damn damn.

I'm going anyway........never have trusted Med weather reports more than 2 days out, especially regarding SOF and the micro climate. Fancy paying that much for air tickets (blatant advertisement)!

Well I'm gonna burn sixty quids worth of Premium fossil fuel in the range rover to take advantage of the ridge of high pressure thats sposed to de over us at the w/e. Then make SWMBO fill the boat and sod off somwhere where no one knows what this burgee thing is for, cos i had enuff of people "saying wots that flag for then"! (blatant tight arse)

We are off to the Welsh Riveria where it will wall to wall sunshine, no cancellation fees for the private (well company) car. So it is time to Gloat Gloat Gloat whilst we have the chance!!)

Wer' ya been all my life!!! Thats only second best to north of Scotland, hotel on cliffs, rain lashing windows and wind howling, big open fire, four poster bed with somebody you really wnat in there with you!! Wonder if I could get a four poster into my aft cabin?!?!!

You want to be careful, there is a case in the paper this week about a worker who was sacked for claiming she had romps in a four poster. Tied to the bed etc...

If it's any consolation I've just burnt a couple of plane tickets to Nice as well. Our transported Sealine S37 got itself held up at Lyon so no point in going to watch a blank marina berth and spend money in hotels. Anyway next flight booked for the 13th May (It must have reached La Napoule by then)
